Hot take yet again: for a person to migrate there should be an extremely complex process for them before they leave unless they want to claim an asylum or it's for studying. There should be at least a single exam of patriotism which will require the person a lot of knowledge about their country and its history. This process must take a very long time so that the migrant regrets their choices. And stricter enforcement is required for those leaving the country illegally including partnerships with ICE for their deportations to their motherland and the EU to stop them before leaving.
